I dealt with Olivia and she was excellent. Took time with me to make sure I had everything I needed for all my policies. I had been with State Farm through this office in the past but I left because I found a cheaper rate (I always shop around) and when I left she told me she will call me in a few months when one of my tickets dropped off and she did. Catherine Stone is the absolute bomb! We switched to State Farm after many years with another company. She was so very helpful, responsive, and informative.
