Wonderful company!! I definitely recommend Claudia Santiago!! She’s been awesome at finding the best coverage for me! Not to mention when opening my policy Claudia had gone over that coverage in detail and so thankful she had. Switching immediately to State Farm initially was for cost savings however the best part of switching ended up being the outstanding coverage and the above and beyond customer services. Almost forgot she's BILINGUAL too!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I had the best experience that I have ever had with an insurance company. Most of the time people are not caring about your situation and they just want to offer the highest plan possible but in this case I felt that Will took every aspect of what I was looking for in coverage as well as taking my financial situation into account. Just finished changing car insurance coverage, dropping that annoying mascot for GEICO in favor of a policy from the Polo Garcia State Farm agency in Sugarland. I was helped by a fantastic sales agent, Will. Not only is he friendly, courteous, and of course highly knowledgeable about his product, we got the job done quickly and efficiently. Not only am I saving a lot of money now by "bundling" with a policy on my townhouse I have with State Farm,, Will pointed out several other available features that'll also put some extra jingles in my pocket. Jeffrey Santana is the most helpful insurance agent I have ever dealt with. He is honest and up front with everything.
