I have to start off by saying how excellent Luis Flores has been throughout my entire experience changing over to State Farm. From the very first quote he was attentive, polite, honest, thorough, not pushy and truly makes you feel taken care of!! My rates went down over $45 a month, deductibles were half of my previous amounts, and multiple coverages were doubled from my previous company!! I truly feel that I made the right choice switching over to State Farm and also am very fortunate to have gotten this agency and location in particular! I never felt like I was being pressured to buy or that I was being "sold" anything.
