The jury is still out with this agent. My experience has not been like what I'm reading in these reviews. There seems to be a lot of emphasis on one individual with comments that have by far not been found to be true by me. I'm a fair person, but I'm not stupid. It is either is there, or it isn't. The women that work at this office, however, are very helpful and knowledgeable. If I can manage to get them on the phone when I call I can get my business done. Otherwise, forget about it. I'm giving it one more shot before giving up and changing agents.

Not impressed. Changed my auto insurance to State Farm in July because we bought a home and the multi policy discount was appealing. However 3 months later and 8 phone calls and our discount wasn’t applied. Initially the customer service and follow up was top notch.. I guess they wanted our business. Afterwards it went downhill to no return calls and no follow up. Sad because I thought the first agent was really nice and very honest. If you ask your office staff they will tell you who I am.

The process of working with the other company took over 4 months, only to be told then that their policy holder's policy did not have enough coverage to take care of our truck!. We were told we had to start an Under Insured claim with our own company, State Farm. We were aggravated but we contacted our local State Farm office and they took control.
