I’m sure almost everyone can relate to what I’m about to say. I have noticed since COVID-19 shutdown parts of the Country excellent customer service, which was once a company’s primary objective, fell completely off the radar. If you were lucky to reach an actual LIVE and breathing human, we usually would get caught up in the endless loop of, “If you want so and so, press 4.” If you wanted something else you’d get, “please press 6.” The catch was once you pressed the number you needed, you’d be prompted to press SEVERAL other buttons. I don’t understand why those within companies that make those types of decisions, don’t understand how frustrating that is to “We” the customers. I actually believe they don’t really care. Which brings me to Jay, the agent I’ve had the pleasure of working with at InsureUS. When I think of top-notch customer service, Jay comes to mind. On every, and I mean every, occasion the need arose, Jay was immediately responsive to my need(s). If he didn’t immediately have the answer to my question(s), he was prompt to call me back with the answer or a solution. If I reached out via email, I didn’t have to wait days to get a response back. Again, if he didn’t have the answer or needed to dig a bit deeper to resolve my issue, he would stay in communication assuring me that he was still working on getting resolution. In closing, writing reviews is not something I do. But just like we as consumer expect good service, I felt a responsibility to honor the great service and write a lil something for Jay to publicly thank him, and the InsureUS family, for being a great resource for all my insurance needs.
