I insured through DTRIC on a few different occasions and generally was impressed with their rates and customer service. However I such difficult and frustrating time trying to get a straight forward answer from the customer service agent about bare-minimum rates for my second car that I stopped the call, hung up, called Geico and booked with them. I understand its slightly in their nature to book you for more than necessary but it was just so disingenuous that I'd had enough. Its disappointing because I wanted to support a local business over a national company. Three stars because I did initially enjoy my service with them, but they've lost me as a customer. I wouldn't tell people not to book with then, but I also wouldn't recommend it anymore.

I have to disagree with the others who rate this company 1 star😕 I wish you had the opportunity to work with Ted Imamoto from the beginning. Think you would have had a different outlook. Ted is the best at what he does in this company, he's very knowledgeable and the plus side to this HE does all the work for you. No running around for me when other companies mess up. Ted will be there all the way guiding, reassuring and helping you through the most stressful time😊 And for that ill always be grateful. Our family really lucked out as having him as our agent for our cars and home...We are Forever thankful Ted😏
