Fay is very caring and responsive. She takes the time to get to know you and your business. She asks questions to see what your risks will be. The business insurance quotes she provides are very affordable. If you haven't already, definitely give her a call to review your general business insurance. I would recommend setting up a chat to network and also get to know how she can complement your business.

We do about 100-130 events a year and there are certain venues that just require those last minute certificates of insurance and no matter how busy Tracy may be, she always helps us complete them in such a timely and organized manner! If you do not have Reid Higashi as your insurance person I feel sorry for you ! I have run Home and Business Communications since 1982 We sale and service Nortel phones and other brands. It is now 2015 yes 33 Years in business,so I have had a lot of insurance people but none like Reid Higashi ( 8 year now) he is hands down the best I have ever had. I just wish I found him sooner. He saves me time by getting back quick to me I only need to let him know once what I am needing, and most of all he explains every thing. I can trust him to get me the best deal and advice. If you are with some other person my advice is try him and you see your self. I have told every one that I know how good he is and just wish other did business like him. Aloha Bruce owner of HBC PS He has all my Personal insurance My Other rental business insurance ( Baumgartner Group LLC) and he also did all our Laniakea AOAO Insurance where I live now, and working with me on building a new home land insurance and construction insurance.
