I recently had to replace my windshield. It was the easiest process from making the call to getting someone to come to my house to replace it since it was too dangerous to drive with it shattered. No run around, no being transefered to a million differnt people. Literally took a few minutes to get it set. Very happy.

They seem to be customer driven, good price and helpful on the phone! Hell can't own a home or drive a car with out big brother!! My agent was fired recently before my payment was completed I guess his numbers sucked during pandemic No one's called back after several calls/voice mails to his busy manager.... Im very weary of corporate America's need to punish, fine and devalue everyone in they're wake most just taking my hard earned money out of my wallet

This is a good company to work for. They’ve been very supportive throughout the pandemic, especially when it had first begun earlier in Spring. My flexible work from home arrangements have really come in handy, especially since I’ve had to suddenly take on the role of primary caregiver for some of my grandkids recently. My boss in claims has also been very supportive. But, I just wish the health insurance coverage was a little better. Our deductibles are kind of high before full coverage begins. But our competitive 401K employer match kind of overcompensates for that. I’ve been here for almost 14 years now, and would highly recommend this company to others.
