I’d like to share my experience with the team at Nhan Trang State Farm Insurance Agency. I called this agency and Toan answered the call right away and proceeded to help me with all my questions. I was looking for quotes for 2 cars and my homeowners insurance. He was very thorough, helpful, and we looked at many options to find the best fit. He provided the quotes both over the phone and followed up with a detailed email. I later walked into the agency and the entire team there made me feel comfortable as well as answered all my remaining questions. I move my insurance business to State Farm due to the exceptional good experiences I have had at this agency. I highly recommend this team.

My family has been with State Farm for over 50 years, and Nhan and his team will be getting at least 50 more from me! After relocating to Connecticut for work, Nhan worked to get me not only the insurance plans I needed, but was also able to save me nearly $100 off my original monthly quote when it was all said and done. I have always have had wonderful experiences working with State Farm, and I’m excited to continue the trend now that I have moved out here to Connecticut. I'd like to start with saying that my friends recommended me State Farm Insurance because they have been with this insurance company for years. The agent, Nhan Trang, was really good and clear with the offer, he explained the benefits, went me through every step and also was very helpful in general. Overall, it's been almost 2 months and all I can say - it's great.

This is a great State Farm office!!!! State Farm has been number1 in auto insurance since 1942 in the United States. Nhan and his team are compassionate to their customers, making sure all their needs are met. I would highly recommend them!!!

very nice State Farm Agency and branch, when ever i've had issues they always came through and helped expedite the whole process of what ever my needs were. Except one time there was a clerical error made where I owned 2 cars a Nissan and a BMW. I sold my Nissan so I removed it from my policy however, apparently the BMW was removed instead by mistake. Fast forward a bit and I was pulled over and almost got arrested (officer was nice) but got my car impounded instead because I was told that my car (BMW) was not insured. After proving that my Altima was sold, State Farm Corporate failed to acknowledge their mistake and placed the blame on me and basically said I was SOL in terms of paying insurance on a car all that time that I no longer owned. Nhan and his team did everything they could to help me out but the mistake shouldnt have happened in the first place and I suppose I should have paid more attention to my coverage after I renewed my policy that year and all of that could of been avoided.
