I work with dozens of insurance companies every month and by and large 90% of them deserve 4 stars, 5% 3 stars and 4% 2 stars. (1 star companies don't exist.. at least for long). I couldn't tell you exactly what blew me away with Tubb, it could have been how Diana (the person who answered the phone) knew my clients entire story within the first 4 letters of their last name. It could have been that Diana was actively looking for ways to help. She knew my questions and answered them before I had time to ask. It could have simply been the upbeat and happy attitude her office had while Diana got looked into my request. Short answer they know what they are doing at Tubb. If you find yourself having to decided between Tubb and another insurance agent, if the payment is the same (or even slightly more) go with Tubb. It is worth having an agent that doesn't see their clients as a number.
