Let me just say that agent Brittany Eagle was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! She was extremely responsive to my needs! As soon as she understood my needs, I handed the issue off to her - and she took it across the goal line for the touchdown! She was in constant contact, keeping me posted on her progress - and she solved a very complex issue in record time!
