This place is amazing! They treat you like family and make the awful experience of figuring out insurance delightful and stress free. I would recommend this office to my own mother! The agent is professional and I can trust her with keeping me and my cars safe if anything where to happen I wouldn’t be afraid to call because I know she would be there to help with whatever i might need. When i went to figure out my life insurance policy Patty talked me through all of my options and didn’t mind the loads of questions i would ask. I had no idea what i was doing, but now i have a policy and a better idea of what it means. They really take the time to get to know you and will more then definitely remember your name every time you come in. Total 5/5 experience!

I recommend this office very highly. I came in very confused if I even wanted to get a policy or not & explained that right away. I was given a card & told to reach out anytime. I wasn’t asked to sit for a minute or what kind of policy I was thinking about ( as If I would know anyways) I felt very comfortable from the beginning .I came back & got to working on a policy with Patty. It took a few days, I understood everything spoken to me & when I didn’t , Patty made sure I did. I hesitated to complete my policy, Patty understood why and told me to take my time & let the information set in and said she isn’t going anywhere to rush this. After a few days more , I came in. I was asked if I was sure ,If I wanted to change anything & if I was truly ready. In that moment I said yes & completed my policy. I felt more than a customer & truly trusted what was being done for me. I can’t imagine beginning this anywhere else.
