I have had Liberty Mutual auto insurance for 10 years and home owners insurance for 3 and have nothing but great things to say. The customer service has been exceptional each time no matter who I speak with. When I needed my car towed the roadside assistance coverage worked flawlessly. When my family had a devastating incident happen many years ago related to an auto accident Liberty Mutual took care of everything and the customer service reps seemed to genuinely care about our well being. All this for great and competitive rates.

Great and helpful agents and staff. The foyer of the office building has some nice artwork. Aside from the foyer, this is a suite in a modern office building. Parking was easy and I had no trouble locating the Liberty Mutual office inside the building. Note that the building is close enough to the Cascade Road and Kenmore Street intersection that it may be difficult to make a left turn out of the parking lot toward the I-96 interchange.

I met Ryan Foerch several years ago when I was buying a house and didn’t know I needed insurance to close on it. I called my current car insurance agent only to be told they close at 5pm, which was in 5 minutes and to call tomorrow. I called my real estate agent baling my eyes out that I couldn’t close on our house the next day. He gave me Ryan’s number and said he was expecting my call. I was able to close on my house and he got us auto insurance at much better rates and better coverage than I had at the time. The rest is history!
