Absolutely loved the attentiveness and amount of genuine hospitality and help their staff portrays. Kayla was amazing and was able to get me fixed up with great policies that have me covered. Really amazing human being. As well as Cassidy for being great with follow ups and giving that second wave of reassurance and care with customer service. Overall just great human beings work here and I can’t wait to not only save with the amazing policies they’ve supplied me with but to enjoy great conversation and hopefully stick with them for many years to come. I've worked with Cassidy in the past and most recently with Kayla. They are both great! If they say they're going to call you, they call you. If you have a question, they provide an answer promptly. They don't play games trying to reduce your rate by offering policies with far less coverage than your current insurer. State Farm rates have improved greatly over the last few years. If you are looking for a great rate with great service, this is the office for you.

We were referred to Cassidy Cvanciger's State Farm Agency by a friend who saved a substantial amount of money on all of his insurance needs through Cassidy's agency. Cassidy was able to look over all of our insurance needs for the business including auto, liability and workman's compensation saving us over $1,000 a year. She also looked into our personal insurance needs and was not only able to save us $400 a year but also was able to increase $100,000 in coverage to our home and a $2,000,000 umbrella package to make sure ALL of our needs were covered while saving us money. I am going to be 100% honest, I did not do any business with them due to the fact the rate they offered was higher then my current rate. However, the fact they did not try to sell me a more expensive policy is why I wrote this review. Even though insurance is a necessity, I usually despise it due to the price & how due to my age I am passed anywhere from $300 - $800 quotes due to my age. I will definitely be keeping this State Farm in mind whenever I do a rate comparison again for this reason alone!

Here's some truth, that whole State Farm jingle is no joke with this one. I rear ended a taxi cab driver after picking her n her now fiancé up from airport and i did the jingle and turned around and there she was in my backseat. How perfect didn't even need the state farm app or anything she just appeared with the jingle. Always getting stuff done in a timely fashion which has worked out great for me.
