I've asked him a million questions and he always responds quickly, answers my questions thoroughly and professionally, and is an all-around great account manager. He's definitely and a huge asset to this office. I highly recommend this office and Cameron specifically as an account manager.

I have been with Bill Cole State Farm for almost ten years. I have never had a single complaint! I have hit a Deer, locked keys in my car, and gone through at least three or four windshields since being under this policy. Every time I had to file a claim the process went quickly and Bill has personally called back and double checked that everything ran smoothly. Customer service from Bill and his staff has always been outstanding! I never have to worry about them having my back. Just needed to give credit where it’s due because I appreciate getting what I pay for!

I was working with Deborah Nowaczyk on April 13th regarding obtaining a copy of my renters policy. She politely informed me that the renewal hadn't processed yet; rather than asking me to call back in a month or so she offered to email me the policy once it became available. Two weeks later, my need for the policy copy has completely been forgotten on my part, however Deb did not forget! She emailed me exactly as she said she would. When you have a house fire everyone asks how the insurance company is, and I eagerly direct them to Bill and State Farm. In both cases their office integrated seamlessly with the national State Farm claims associates. They met us with compassion, understanding, patience, and professionalism. They really looked out for us, and they know that they have a customer in us for life. I cannot recommend Bill, his office staff, and State Farm enough.
