D.J. Colter is as helpful as he is charming. He is clearly a man dedicated to his work along with being dedicated to each client he represents. Unfortunately, it is his rude, incompetent staff that dulls his charismatic charm and makes clients experience all the ugly sides of dealing with an insurance agency. Carol, a woman determined to let you know she has been with the company for 14 years and has never made a mistake, is far too interested in pointing blame at clients no matter what problem rises (big or small.) A handful of incidences include claims filed on the wrong vehicle, information not being sent to a third party, and just simply calling the agency with questions about policies that Carol has refused to look into. She has also been known to ask clients to leave the lobby if they show up twenty minutes early to a scheduled appointment. D.J. Colter is a fantastic agent and a very well mannered man, but his associate Carol is not going anywhere, which makes being his client a regrettable experience the moment you meet her.
