My daughter recently totaled her car and the people at Tim Ford’s office were right there to lead the way. Specifically David and Joel. Both were friendly, empathetic, responsive and made sure things were handled properly and quickly. Both were our biggest advocates with State Farm throughout the process. I can’t imagine going through that on my own. Like many people in the Des Moines area, we experienced hail damage this Spring. When I filed a claim, an adjuster was out within a week, agreed we needed a full roof replacement, and the first partial check for the work was authorized within 48 hours. Amazingly fast, and unexpectedly good response (I expected resistance for a full roof replacement). Tim has been my agent for decades, and I appreciate everything he (and State Farm) has done for us over the years.

I reside in West Des Moines and have been with State Farm for more than 30 years. I just can't say enough great things about my agent, Danielle Murphy. She is so helpful and courteous and always takes her time with my needs. Her service level is unmatched. I'd also like to thank State Farm for still having someone you can talk to instead of a automated message which you get with so many companies anymore. I hope Danielle never leaves this office, I tell everyone how wonderful she is.

Update July 2020 - Tim Ford Agency has done it again! We recently had a car accident. Nobody hurt, fortunately, but our car was totaled. State Farm sent us the paperwork to send in our title, key, and we had to sign documents which required a notary. We took the paperwork to our agency, Tim Ford Insurance and they did everything for us and made it so simple. We know that the documents are completed correctly and that all the various pieces are sent to where they belong. Thanks Dave at the Tim Ford Agency. You provided excellent service. While fortunately we have not had a lot of claims the Ford Agency has always been prompt to take care of us and answer our questions.

I was able to file both claims on my phone and received a call from State Farm quickly to verify what happened and get an appointment scheduled with a body shop. The paperwork was done for me and all I had to do was drop the vehicle off and pick it up (it was done two days earlier than scheduled!). I recently had a run in with a deer on my way back to Des Moines. I switched from another insurance company over a year ago after they jacked up my rates for having a hail claim on the vehicle. State Farm had a better rate than I was paying previous to the hail damage. State Farm and Tim's office solved my claim in a fraction of the time and didn't raise my rate for having to file a claim where no one was at fault. I can't recommend these guys enough.
