Their price, quality, and professionalism are unmatched. I had many insurance companies and insurance agents in the past but was not happy. Now, with my own home, rental property and a few vehicles, they continue with the same amazing service. I get good value through The Dana Company but it is how they go above and beyond with any small request I might have. Amy Badger handles my account now and is simply amazing. Our lifetime journey with Dana company started 15 years ago when I mentioned to a coworker during a work trip that I am renewing my policy and he suggested I talk to Dana company before I renewed. As a 24 year old back then, I was shocked and sick to my stomach at how much I was over paying for my car insurance. My needs then were simple- car insurance. Today as our lives continue to be blessed and we have almost 90% of our personal and business portfolio insured through Dana. Samantha Meyers is just one email away, whatever our growing needs have been. I am not sure how she does it, instant responses, instant paperwork. So much has changed in the world but not Mr. Dana or Samantha. Such humble, down to earth folks and community giving back culture. The same steady guidance for me and my family. I've placed my Personal Lines insurance with The Dana Company for over 20 years. I've never had a claim until the derecho hit Iowa last August causing considerable damage to the roof of my home. My agent Samantha Meyers was very responsive in submitting the claim to the insurance company and recommending several roofing contractors to repair the damage. Also, Samantha had the right HO policy coverage on my home and roof. After the deductible the policy paid 100% replacement cost.

After the Aug 2020 Derecho in Iowa, I was immediately followed up with and given a solid time frame for claims adjusters and claims manager communication. Never once felt frustrated or neglected as many do in times of mass volume insurance claims. Most importantly I felt an honest approach and concern to restore my home and property to pre-storm condition. I am sure many who read this review have either experienced or know someone who has experienced the opposite with an insurance provider. A provider who is not first and foremost concerned with the integrity of their products and services but rather cost control. My experience with a major claim through The Dana Company and West Bend was nothing but top notch, honest, and prompt. I am very thankful I did not need to carry the excess stress of a shoddy insurance experience and having to fight for what was right and fair.
