This office goes above and beyond to make you feel heard and supported. I have to give a special shout-out to Lynn Schultz, a member of Hank’s team, because she is literally the best. Anytime I have a question, add-on, vehicle issue, etc. Lynn is on it. Honestly having Lynn on hand makes me feel super comfortable and secure knowing how well she takes care of me as a customer. Often times great customer service can be hard to find - but not here. This office is a true treasure. I’m very happy to have them represent my insurance needs.

Working with State Farm for a coverage on home was enjoyable and very easy ! Needed coverage for a Reverse Mortgage and promptly they send estimator , took photos and everything they needed and explained how much coverage I have and what the cost will be yearly and monthly payment , They worked with bank and got them the information they requested which made the whole process quick and easy . Worked with Lynn at the Donor Agency that have been there for MANY years . If have to do again would do ! So if considering Home Insurance Give them a call ! 👍

There has not been a time when I have had to wait to have any of my requests or issues resolved. I don't get to work with "Jake form State Farm" Instead I get to work with "Jennifer with State Farm" and she is amazing! she is always there to help us when we need it.
