As a newly licensed driver now trying to sort how insurance works, I was a bundle of confusion and mild desperation when I called in today (I need liability insurance to test-drive but all these quote tools need car information, it's enough to give you a migraine). Tried calling a few other places to be met with not much help, but I spoke to Nick and he was great! Got me settled with a named non-owner policy so I can actually test drive cars this weekend and finally stop bumming rides off of my (very understanding) siblings. Also went over renter's insurance which I've been putting off for about a year now, so extra thanks for that! Definitely recommend if you're looking for help with figuring out policies :)

Nick Cafaro single handedly saved a horrible situation. I called in to get a quote for homeowners insurance. I spoke to a rep out of Maryland or somewhere. After going through the entire process they said I couldn't be covered because our farm is getting chickens and they are considered "exotic animals." Really!? I asked well what if we dont get the chickens and the Rep's reply was once its on the application I cannot take it off. So I said, I have been with Geico for over 13 years, had multiple cars, and rentals and now a house and you wont cover me? He said unfortunately no. I said, are you sure nothing can be done? Because you are jeopardizing my 13 years of loyalty with this company. He said then Im going to have to make a tough decision and my decision wont affect him. Well I was 99% ready to tell Geico to "F" off. Next day, Nick called and worked with me and took care of this absolute failure of an experience the other Rep gave me. GEICO, I HOPE YOU READ THIS!!!! Nick is the only reason I am staying with you.

Working in personal injury, sometimes you have to reach out to agents on behalf of your clients and review coverages with them. McKenzie has been more than helpful and professional whenever we reach out to her on behalf of our clients to discuss any changes in policy or any policy languages/coverages the clients need help in understanding.
