She made us very comfortable, not rushed, and left us with no unanswered questions. Insurance is generally something we dread buying because the reps. Usually speak in form letter style- we dont understand the terms- and are unsatisfied by the time we actually spend money. Donna was opposite of all that. We are extremely satisfied!

Donna is a great agent but the phone system their corporate office recently forced them into causes a huge headache to just pay your bill, over an hour of being transfered across the country to agents that cant even access the payment information of my acccount. Direct auto change it back please, Even if they are busy i would rather leave a voicemail for this office than being directed to someone in Louisiana or Arkansas that cant even help me.
