When I had to look into getting off my parents insurance I was not excited to say the least. Insurance can be so confusing if you don’t have someone who is educated and willing to help you navigate the process. The Beau Burton team, specifically Carol, has been there for me for the past 3 years and I couldn’t recommend them enough. She helped me bundle my renters insurance and is always more than helpful if I call in with any questions. She sends me reminders when/if anything changes with my account and always courtesy calls when my biannual payment is due. I never thought I’d enjoy hearing from any insurance company considering most of the time a payment is due, but this team really has a way of making the process enjoyable! To top it all off, they have the lowest payments around. 10/10 in all regards.

We've had State farm Insurance forever for our Cars, Homes, Boats and Life Insurance. We lost our Last Home due to flooding and moved to a new Home in March 2022. When I transferred our coverage, Carol Godart advised me of an Addendum they were offering with my new Homeowners policy. She said the Addendum will cover us up to $50,000 for Fraud or Identity theft. The cost was minimal and would be added into my existing escrow and payment. Given how crazy the world is today I signed up for it. I never gave it another thought. In April of 2022 we hired a contractor to build a Barn/Outbuilding at our new address. Like most Builders he required one third of the cost up front to start the project. 2nd Payment due 1/2 way thru the build and the final payment upon inspection of the finished building. We signed a contract and paid him $21,000 to get started. The Contractor never started the building! He kept giving us excuses and said he would be there in a week or two weeks and so on. Our Contract required the build to be finished by August. By the end of August we learned he had stolen our funds and the funds of 22 other people in my area to the tune of approximately $700k. We were just sick about it. Yes, he is being sued civilly by the Attorney General and we are working with Law enforcement to prosecute him but we will never get our $21, 000 back. By October he filed Bankruptcy. A month or so passed and I remembered I needed to call State farm. I contacted Carol around November to tell her we didn't need to add the additional coverage onto our new building because the contractor stole our money. Carol was so sympathetic and compassionate. Then she remembered the Fraud/Identity theft endorsement we added back in March. She said let me do some research but she thought our Loss would be covered. Carol made some phone calls and called me right back and explained the process of filing the claim along with the phone numbers and offered her assistance if needed. We filed the claim and we received a check within 30 days for $21,000. Carol has always made sure we have the coverage we need and We cant thank her enough. Thank You Carol!!!!!
