Sudden Turn For The Best

I've been with them for car insurance 6 months now, just renewed and nothing but good so far. Very impressed that when I got a new car, needed insurance right then to drive it home and even though it was a couple minutes before the agency closed, he helped me out. Didn't realize they were closing and even though I really needed it then, I said 'I'm sorry do I need to call tomorrow?', he very patiently and happily said to not worry about it, he got me. I know how it is after a long day and it's about time to walk out and knowing a call would take 20-30 minutes. I'm NOT suggesting calling last second, please don't haha. Just saying he went out of his way and stayed very polite and informative so I've decided to not shop around around my renewal periods for lower prices cause saving a few dollars is not worth having to talk to someone when u need to file a claim, etc and they don't know what they're doing and/or sound like they hate their job or are so rude that it puts a funk on u the rest of the day, especially after dealing with a wreck or something. Plus I went with them to begin with because they beat the first 3 or 4 companies I called by a long shot. I'm happy with them
