Great customer service. Very pleasant and professional. Any questions I had were answered without making me feel stupid for asking them. I called for a quote, kept getting other quotes from other insurance companies and comparing them and finally ended up with this one. The price is reasonable, the service is great. I even found another place cheaper by like $37 bucks and was immediately driven away by the lack of customer service skills, wasn't worth it! Price isn't always the most important thing, so good job guys your team is awesome.

Looking for better options on my car insurance, I recently stopped in to this location on my way home from work one day. I've been in customer service/operations for over 15 years. I can assure you that I can count the times I've written a letter of appreciation in those 15 years on one hand. Not a difficult task if your standards are high and you strive to have world class service. Sometimes, it's our front line employees that make things happen. My main contact there was Jackie Cervantes (I hope I spelled her name right). I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service I received. She was outstanding! She was professional, patient, attentive, and did her job in a manner consistent with all the attributes I'd want from our front line people that greet, answer calls and get things going at my place of employment. So, I need to commend her for taking the initiative towards answering all my questions and really making it easy to decide whether to switch from my current insurance to Xpert. Xpert: She's a keeper!

Maria Lopez is very helpful. I have been with this insurance company for over 10 years. During my 10 years I have tried to get corrections done to the information on my policy (correct names) it took many years but Maria Lopez was able to get it done. Also, I have not had any tickets or accidents during my time with this company and have also passed 25 years of age. I would think with a good track record and being older and now married my price would go down...it has not, in fact I was paying for 2 people that should have been removed from the policy years ago(asked every year). Overall good company but they need to keep with compition of Allstate and Geico by rewarding long-standing customers with no bad driving records.
