My family and I have been with Neal and his agency for as long as I can remember. It’s been since before I could drive, over 25 years. I pretty much have everything insured with his agency and have always received excellent service. They provide detailed coverage information, timely responses to phone calls and requests, and are polite and knowledgeable. I’ve shopped around in the past but I still haven’t been able to find the same level of coverage at the same price.

Neal is wonderful. My daughter is going to college and needed to get renter's insurance for the university owned apartment. Not only did Neal find a policy that protected my daughter better than the policy the university wanted to provide, but the policy was less. In addition, Neal answered all questions as soon as the e-mails were sent. Neal answers e-mails as late as 11 pm at night and answers e-mails on the weekends. Neal's office staff is very nice and very helpful.

In early October 2019, my account manager, Janita (Jenny) Morgan, left me a voicemail about wanting to talk to me about my insured vehicle and how she thought she could save me money on my new premium. When we connected the next day, we spoke at length about all my State Farm policies: Auto, Condo Unit, Rental Condo Unit. I had been thinking of calling my agent's office prior to Jenny's call. I had 2 car accidents last year, which caused me to review my coverage (but not enough to cause me to make the call!). In addition, 2 months ago my condo association's property manager advised the condo board to implement a new rule and policy requiring each owner to provide annual proof of adequate liability coverage for all units they own in the association. Again, I did not make the call to review those policies. So I was very grateful for Jenny's proactive call. We went over absolutely everything. I have always been a business woman, my dad was an insurance man his entire life, and I have tried to be responsible person financially, but clearly I was not being pro-active...but Jenny was! She concisely explained her products, insurance terms, considerations, and benefits, as well as welcoming discussion. Jenny's thorough work on my behalf met my needs for this time in my life and I am most grateful!. As I said to her at the end of our conversation, "I feel so protected".
