Lincoln Auto insurance so far has been a great auto insurance for coverage for both of the automobiles I have my previous car that I no longer have, and my current car that I am driving now. Kathryn was very helpful with assisting me to get back reinstated with my car insurance, she was very thorough , and Kathryn made sure that she went over all of the details included in each insurance plan quote to make sure that I selected the right plan that was best for me. Thank you so much Kathryn! I really appreciate all of your assistance. I always try to stay covered with insurance, because first of all it's just the right thing to do, being compliant with the law, and nowadays with so much going on, you never want to be in any kind situation without being covered with car insurance. I’ve been with Lincoln for 4 years and I’m satisfied with their service and coverage. CS reps have always been helpful and responsive to my inquiries. Sometimes I have to leave a message when calling, but they are really good at getting back to me in a short turnaround. If I could change anything, it would be that my car is covered no matter who’s driving, otherwise, I’m happy with this service.

It is extremely hard to get in touch with their office via phone. You are either going to voice mail or not getting any response. The customer service at Lincoln Insurance is the WORST. I have been trying to renew my insurance for the last two weeks, left several messages and as of today, still no return to call. It's terrible. The message below must be a standard message because it popped up as soon as I completed this message. Someone need to actually take your time and read customers concerns. Quick service, when you are able to get an operator on the phone, live. The automated service works perfectly. But when you need to get service during business hours you are met with extreme delays. Plan ahead and expect the worse. If you need immediate service, you cannot have it at Lincoln Insurance. But when you do get someone on the phone, excellent service!!

I am leaving a four star review simply because it feels impossible to get in touch with a customer service representative. If you have an existing insurance plan and you call to speak with a rep, you’re left on hold for 7-10 min before having to leave a voicemail, which takes 3-5 business days to hear back from. If you’re requesting a quote, however, they call you back within the minute lol On the other hand, the customer service supervisor, Tiana, that finally called me back was very pleasant and helpful despite my frustration. I did apologize for being abrasive as it was not her fault at all (the company itself definitely needs an updated system to handle the volume of calls they receive). She kept in touch and followed up with me after we weren’t able to process my insurance the first day she called back. Throughout the entire process, she was very kind and patient while explaining my new policy & clarifying what would happen with my existing policy. Thank you so much, again, Tiana!

I had my insurance with this company for many years and it’s been very good to me. I just have to write this review now because I just had 2 deaths in my life and never had to worry about paying my insurance for my car cause my mother always did it for me so it was a shock to do this on my own. Plus my fiancée also passed away and I didn’t keep up with everything. Quite a few years back I was sued by a driver Who was ensured by State Farm. The so called "sub standard insurance company" that Lincoln uses sent their attorney, he appeared with me in court and we beat the case. Very satisfied customer.

Been with them over 3 years now. Not a bad company however I haven’t had a wreck yet. Worst part is getting ahold of anyone even just to pay my bill. Every month it takes a week or so of phone tag because they’re automated system is always down. Then I can’t get connected to anyone so I leave a message and then phone tag starts. Also their hours are not accurate. It’s 1:00pm on Saturday right now and I called to pay my bill and they’re closed. Hours say they’re open until 3pm on saturdays. Not true.

Not too bad. They are only a middle man. You don't get insurance with them. They find you the best deal with companies. I'm really happy they came out of the stone ages and you have different options of paying your insurance. The hour hold times to talk to someone was ridiculous.

I have been w/Lincoln Insurance since I was about 17-18yrs old, when I got my first car. I don't like the goofy commercials they show on Tv, but it's a GREAT insurance company. I have left them a couple of times, due to insurance premiums, but I ended up back w/them. I have had several accidents over the years, and I have never had a problem w/Insurance Claims, deductibles, etc., the entire process has always been smooth, and I was Blessed that w/the accident damages, to ALWAYS have my car returned to me ASAP, and their auto shop mechanics are AMAZING!!! My Family and I have also made a life long friend-Toya, who is the sweetest cashier I've ever met, my son, who wasn't born at the time I met Toya, is now 9yrs old, and was upset and cried when he couldn't see her yesterday when I dropped off my car insurance payment due to COVID-19 pandemic and us not being able to enter the building. Toya, and the ENTIRE Staff at Lincoln Auto Insurance are AMAZING, caring, compassionate people, who ALWAYS deliver service w/a smile, and are willing to help. If I have a question or a problem, big or small, I always ask for Tiana and she handles it in a timely manner. She is very knowledgeable, efficient, honest, dependable and results oriented.

I dont know anyone that works here nor am i endorsed. But I just have to say that theyre the best. The cheapest.... I must admit last year I tried to switch just out of curiosity, and the quotes I have received were so expensive, that it was like twice the price of my quotes at Lincoln, and that was for only 6 months!!!! So yeah, if this company ever closed I'd literally just cry.... Today I renewed my insurance with them and I received a pleasant quote and the customer service worker Raina/Reyna ( not sure how she spells her name) was highly professional and she actually called me back just as she said she would. She was very informative. And helped me with my renewal process and made it go smoothly. I been with Lincoln ever since... 2002 yes, ever since I was driving. And theyre the best and have the best quotes. What I dont understand is why everyone isn't with them? People if youre reading this and and youre not a customer of Lincoln, please give them a call and just get a simple quote and I promise you'll switch. They're really cheap and look, the quote you have with your current insurance will make you look silly for not calling Lincoln beforehand. Don't like that the mail, for payment, to me 1 week prior to the due date and than you guys get my payment late and charge a late fee. Would want to request you mail my payment 3 weeks prior to my due date. I recently got my renewal notice on Friday, 03-07-2020, and was due 03-10-2020. As if today, 03-12-2020, have not gotten my renewal policy. If I didn't call to request it would of not gotten it till next week. I have had (and currently still do) insurance with Lincoln since 2005. I have never had any issues. Customer service has always been professional and more importantly they comprehend. Only downer, there is no online payment method. However, if you call (call before the 10th of every month around the AM time) you can enroll for Automatic payments to be debited accordingly (generally the 10th of the month). I have never had to file a claim, so I can't speak on that much. However, every time I needed them, Lincoln was there. I had to c arry SR-22 for a period of time and they made the entire process seamless. I highly recommend Lincoln as a low cost option. WYSIWYG, although changes are definitely coming as they are under new management. Keep in mind to all those who are complaining about hold times, simply call and inquire/pay for insurance BEFORE the 10th of every month. If you call between the 10th-15th just be prepared to hold for at least 20mins. #ThankMeLater #AdviceIsFree
