I received a letter from SOS suspending my registration for no insurance. I immediately called Dan Ray’s office. I always get a live person, how wonderful that is, and spoke to Raul. The SOS was correct, I had to reinstate my insurance. Raul handled everything in about 5 minutes and emailed the SOS informing them that I now had insurance. I called the SOS also to verify with a reference number and I was informed that it had already been taken care of, that they received all the information they needed from Statefarm and I was good to go. My registration was no longer suspended. Great work by Raul and Dan Ray’s team. Thank you.

I have been a State Farm customer for over 40 years. I have two cars and my house insured with the Dan Ray State Farm office. I called the office the other day to update some information and had the pleasure to speak with Angie. It was apparent that she knows her business because she quickly responded to my questions and helped me change some insurance information on one of my cars. She was professional and very pleasant. She is a definite asset to the office. I get calls and mailings from many other insurance companies wanting me to switch by offering a lower rate. I will never switch because the rates they offer are unrealistic. I would rather pay a fair price and get great coverage--which I do with State Farm. I have never had a problem with a claim because they take care of it all!!

I came to Dan's office looking for auto insurance since I was car shopping in the area, and they not only helped me get auto insurance but also helped me maximize my discounts by getting me renters insurance. I had no idea what renters insurance was prior to this and was even more surprised that it was CHEAPER to get more coverage than if I would have just gotten auto insurance. I was helping Her majesty in the Singer Shop bringing her machine in for a tune up, and heard a loud noise. Out on westbound Irving Park Road, in the middle of rush hour, a car was stopped blocking traffic & causing problems. A young woman full of tears was looking at her car. The front wheels were both pointing out like a penguin. A couple of other guys showed up & we tried (unsuccessfully) to push the car to the curb to prevent injury or further problems. Dan was one of those guys. She didn't have anyone she could call, or a mechanic with a tow truck. I gave her a referral from my mechanic (Joe @ 3 brothers), and was able to leave because Dan had agreed to stay with her until things were settled. My hat's off to him. It was a good thing he did, and I'm sure his business practices are reputable. Dan gets one big attaguy for stopping to help a stranded motorist, and a few more for being willing to deal with those dreaded tears. Attaguy Dan !
