I would not recommend this agency. Aaron is beyond rude and unprofessional. When closing a insurance provider I would recommend closing anyone but here. The receptionist was nice and friendly that is the only reason this gets 3 stars.

I contacted Knifong Insurance and they were able to reduce my yearly cost by 1/3 of what I had been paying. They are so pleasant to work with and treat me with the utmost respect. Even after I moved to a different part of Wyoming, they are still my agent, I trust them that much. the down home courtesy goes a long way and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a smarter more reliable insurance agency.
