I was standing in line at dmv to register my vehicle freaking out I forgot my insurance card. I called and left them a voice-mail and within 5 mins they were calling me back fiuring out what I needed. Emailed me a copy of my ID card and we were good to go! So far customer service is 10/10.

Anthony Ortiz and his staff are amazing!! We lost everything do to a fire! Anthony was fast acting to call us as we were on site on a Sunday early morning and called us immediately asking 1st if we were all ok and safe and 2nd was on top of getting us taking care of as we lost everything and traumatized from the incident. Anthony Ortiz and his staff continue to be there all hours for us to ensure our well being and safety. They will go above and beyond for you and your family.
