I can't say it was anything out of the ordinary, but we did save a significant amount of money switching from State Farm to Geico. In fact I specifically went to State Farm's office and canceled but they still tried to keep charging us and even turned us into the credit bureau saying our payments were late.

AMAZING. My oldest daughter totaled her car last Monday and got her check for the car today, seven days later. Thanks to my other teenage daughter, we have had two other claims this year. The customer service people are efficient, empathetic, and just incredible. I am so grateful to have our coverage through them.

GEICO as an insurer is great. However, I'm not sure of the point of the Charleston location. They use to be pretty helpful, but now the store seems to be under new management and if you go in there, all they tell you is that this location is only for new policy sales. They don't help with claims like they use to or anything else at all. They sure are eager to pass you off to a 1800 number though. Well, you can just pass people off to the website for new policies and close this location down.

Will this isn't a place. But I do have a new GEICO agent. His name is Justin. I think he's in Gahanna Ohio. very nice informative and we got through the process without any problems. Bam I save $90 a month on car insurance and over $1,000 a year on my homeowners. Makes me a happy camper. Now I just hope they follow through with good service. They were ranked in the top 2 insurances on Google

I have had two claims with GEICO this year. The customer service folks were extremely helpful and nice. I don't think I have ever known any customer service people to be that nice. Everything was taking care of in a few days.
