Was with Liberty Mutual for just over 7 years and for no reason my insurance went up almost $500 this year alone, spoke with Justin and his team and he wrote me up a quote with Plymouth Rock and in 1 hour I had a quote that was $1,700 cheaper than LM. now your mileage may vary, but it's still worth calling and speaking with his team to see if he can do better, and I bet you he will find you savings.

Justin was a guest on behalf of the agency at a staff meeting for my job. He was very direct, to the point and professional. I have worked with his office in the past; they were very good about communicating with me and getting me the best discounts possible. This time around, despite not having a pristine driving record, Justin was able to quickly find me some savings and submit the paperwork right away to ensure I was getting faster service and a little financial break from what I was currently paying. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Justin to get a quote on my auto insurance. Best yet is that they were able to get me a discount on my premium while actually boosting my coverage. I enjoyed that he didn't pressure me one way or the other and also spent time explaining background knowledge about the insurance industry. I haven't had to deal with the claims process yet, but I just transferred my service and Flynn made the process extremely easy and even cancelled my old policy and submitted HR paperwork for my payroll deductions for me! The only issue I encountered, which was minor, was that I requested quotes and to be contacted by an agent through their website a couple of times which didn't go through, though the website confirmed that it had. When I called they couldn't find anything in the system with my info, but the rest of the process was a total breeze from then on.
