We had a Accident there was something in the road we had to run over it or hit someone head on it lead to all of are transmissions oil to leak out but no lights come on and it still drove fine but geico is calling it at fault accident how can that be it was either hit it or get hit.

She is an excellent people person, and smart.GETS THE JOB DONE you ask of them, and they follow through, rather than big corporate agents...don't deal with corporate... I had just bought my 1st car since my husband passed away. I was looking to see what my Insurance would cost. I went online to get quotes. The one from geico was $10 more than where I was now. Wasn't happy with either. So I decided to stay where I was. Justin must have called me 4 times and I wouldn't answer because I was so mad about the cost. I appreciated his persistence so I answered the last call. Am I glad I did! He went through and adjusted things that they never asked me online. Ended up saving me $60 a month. Very professional, very understanding of my situation . Turned out to be one of the best calls I ever answered.

UPDATE: Justin called and even though they couldn't take off the additional charge completely, he helped adjust it a bit lower by updating more information on there. Giving 4 stars now because I appreciate them reaching out and explaining what happened (which he said was rare and was a mistake made by their corporate office), and providing concrete and effective solutions in a very professional and courteous manner. Talked to a representative on the phone and verified the car's VIN number multiple times. He gave me a quote and then proceeded to help my process my payment on the phone. Five minutes after I get off I check the payment details in the Geico app and see they've increased my 6-month payment by over $30. Called them immediately and they said the VIN number was incorrect, so the new price was adjusted after the VIN was corrected. The VIN the representative used to do my quote was COMPLETELY different from what I told him. Very unprofessional to put in a completely wrong VIN just to get a lower quote and have the client pay on the phone, then adjust it seconds after and bump up the price by so much. Felt like I got scammed.

My new agent Marquita Maldonado is so friendly and helpful. She really showed she had my best interest at heart as she worked to get me the best coverage for the best deal. She spent several minutes playing with figures while explaining her reasoning, asking for my opinions, and also using her conscience to make sure I was well covered but for the lowest cost possible. Dispite having no idea about insurance he reasonably explained what we needed and the costs. We were able to get good insurance at a cheap value. At the last minute I inquired about home insurance on our new manufactured home. He walked us through the whole quote and dropped our home insurance from $1500 to $500... FOR BETTER COVERAGE.
