I've been going to this State Farm with my father my entire life. My dad passed away a few years ago and they made an effort to communicate how my dad had made an impact on them and how they were happy to see me continue the relationship with my own insurance needs. The people here have always so incredible, kind, and helpful. It's very easy to form a personal relationship with them and to feel taken care of. It's never a bad time to get a call from them and they are always so helpful and always remember things about you. I know the names of nearly everyone who works here because everyone is always so helpful & they always have great communication with another to help take care of your needs and your questions. Anything I've ever needed help with or had to be accomdated for, they have gone out of their way to make sure I am all set. It's insurance but it's a very important part of your life and they make it so simple and easy and something you don't have to ever stress about in your day to day life. I would 110% recommend them so any friend or family member looking for a great team and a great company. Thank you 😊

We had our offer accepted on a house in Boise and since we were already State Farm customers, we called Monte and he got going getting the necessary insurance quote to our escrow company so that we could close in a timely manner. He worked with our escrow company in the subsequent weeks until closing, making sure everything ran smoothly. Also, when my daughter moved into the house, he was able to give her an excellent auto insurance policy. It was our pleasure to work with Monte on our insurance needs and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking for home or auto insurance.

Monte Folsom at State Farm has been a fantastic agent to work with! Our account was migrated to him after Kathleen's (or was it Katherine...) retirement, and we couldn't be more happy! He and his team are responsive, not pushy, and personable while being professional. Any question or concern we've had were addressed quickly, and commonly discussed over text. Every few years we shop around to make sure we're still getting the best deal, and over almost a decade now we haven't been able to find a comparable at a better rate. I haven't needed too much from this agency, but they have always been very quick to respond and help me out since I first found them. Can't ask for more than that! I first contacted them a few months, letting them know I was moving from Utah to a Boise for a short-term lease. They graciously contacted my agency in Utah and made the transition oh-so-easy -- and they did it fast! They also figured out what the best thing to do with our car insurance was without having us do all the leg-work. They were quick to add our total bill due to our automatic monthly recurring charge which was also quite convenient. Jay is usually the person I talk to, and he is extremely professional, friendly, helpful and courteous. Excellent customer service, highly recommend.
