This location has always been beyond helpful, but this last encounter was especially great. Danielle, the store manager of this location, is so nice and understanding. She helped me get over $80 lower on my previous policy with all the bells and whistles. I will continue to use them and recommend to friends and family. Thank you!

For the most part they are pretty good. The rates are probably the lowest around but they need to be more on top of updating members profiles. Twice I've had to pay a late fee even after I called 10 or more days in advance because whoever I talked to didn't make a note of it. Other than that they are pretty good.

UPDATE: I have changed my rating from 1 star to 5 because of the service I received the last few months. I truly appreciate Vangie and her willingness to help me get the best deal possible. I haven’t had a bad experience with this company since writing this review. Thank you for taking the time to talk with employees about customer service. ———————— Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever received. Every time I have to go into their business I leave feeling super upset. Every lady in there has an attitude problem. I called their office recently and I am always very polite when the conversation begins but something happens every time I have to talk to someone in the Boise office. This time, I called just to make sure my payment was received because I’ve been having issues with them not getting my payment. So I call to double check, the beginning of the call was fine. Brittney asked for my name and immediately put me on hold, which was fine. I was on hold for about 5 minutes, I was assuming their computers crashed since that apparently happens several times a day. Brittney then proceeds to pick up the phone and hang up. I could definitely hear the phone clanking around as she was hanging up. I immediately called back, someone else answered. She stated she doesn’t do motorcycle insurance so she wouldn’t be able to see my payment. That was fine, she put me on hold for another five minutes and the other lady hung up as well. I don’t know what these ladies do all day but I can tell you that doing their JOB isn’t anywhere on their list of priorities.

They cancelled my policy because "not having proof of address", that I had emailed to both them and progressive. Then I got a call saying a medical bill isn't proof of address, but I also sent a utility bill in the same email. And they also call saying I gave them the wrong address and mail is being returned, but I have been receiving mail from them, gtfo! Unbelievable get it together! Edit: they got me another policy but its $20 more a month.
