Wow! Occasionally you find a gem in your day. Ann at Fredriksen Health Insurance was so wonderful to talk to and get assistance from regarding my Medicare supplemental plans. She researched with me while we were on the phone and gave me great information regarding what I had vs. what I could get. She patiently listened to my long conversation about things regarding my life situation and still persisted in helping me with improving my Prescription/Drug plan. I know she was probably busy with other work already lined up for the day, but I never felt that I was not her priority at the moment. She did my change of prescription plan enrollment process for me, sent me confirmation information, and basically asked the right questions and gave wonderful informative answers to make me feel like I was getting the best option set up for my next year. The very first year I enrolled in a health plan through YourHealthIdaho I found out it was completely free to use broker services for help with enrollment. I sent out a bunch of emails to different broker offices and received a response from Fredriksen Health Insurance that they'd be happy to help. And each year that I choose a health insurance plan through YourHealthIdaho I have contacted Fredriksen Health Insurance for assistance. They are a lifesaver for sure! This year I contacted their office on the very last day of open enrollment and was assisted by Benefit Specialist Ann Byce. She walked me through the best health plans that I qualified for and explained all the terms in each individual plan (that I seem to forget every year). All of this was done over the phone with both of us signed into my account so she could visually reference and answer all my questions. I was completely enrolled in plan a little over an hour later. So if you are like me and need help understanding insurance terms, how health credits work or which plan gives you the most bang for your buck, don't hesitate to contact a broker for assistance (it's free!). The agents at Fredriksen Health Insurance have for sure saved me from many hassles.
