Being honest, I do not have a lot patience with these sorts of things. I know what I want and how much I want to pay. I do not want to play twenty questions or haggle over policies and price. Eric Jehlum from Allstate has been the best. He got me the plans (renters and auto) at the price I wanted and it took no longer than a few minutes (approximately 10-15). I just recently got a new vehicle and Eric had my plan transferred on the vehicle in a heartbeat as I was driving so I was worry-free. It took him minutes and made me feel silly for even thinking I might have to argue over a new plan I did not want or, at the least, explaining every little vehicle detail, but nope Eric only needed one thing and the rest he took care of. Fantastic. My interactions with him are pleasant and professional. I feel he understands me. I am glad to have him as my agent and Allstate as my insurer.

I was referred to Eric Jeglum by a friend. They had nothing but great things to say about his service. So I moved my insurance and it was the best thing that ever did! We had a big water damage to our house, started on the second floor and ended up in the basement. We called Eric's office to report the claim, they explained the claims process. About an hour later, our doorbell rang and there was Eric. He wanted to see the damage and assured us everything was going to be OK. He talked to the restoration contractor, gave them his card and told them if they have any issues to call him. When we had a question or issue, we called Eric and it was handled. I can't say enough about the agency staff and Eric. It's hard to believe, but I actual like paying my insurance bill now that Eric is my agent.
