Jesse contacted us on behalf of our now new agent Brayden N to see if we were interested in getting a quote yet. I had asked them to check back at a later date and they respected that and waited a couple months. At this point we were ready. We also really liked that everything was done through text because I don't like to talk on phone much. They were able to save us almost $100 a month and there was never any pressure to switch just info given for us to look over. Jesse also answered all of our questions no matter how small they were. This is basically starting to become my favorite company. I switched from being a "Diamond" member with Progressive to a newbie with State Farm who ended up lowering my insurance in half while keeping the same coverage. I've since added another Vehicle which was painless and simple. But after that, I received a notice in the mail stating they had cut my insurance rate by more than half because of COVID. Then I got ANOTHER letter saying it had been cut but more than half AGAIN. So I am paying about a cup of coffee for insurance on my older car which is amazing. So I've been fairly happy and have been telling people to switch to State Farm since I switched. AND THEN today I get a check from State Farm because of an overpayment which I think was due to me just paying my normal low price when they decided to drop rates due to covid?? In either case the company just won't stop making me happy. I wish all companies were like this. ONE MORE THING. Unlike many companies out there today, Brayden or State Farm didn't give me or offer me anything or tell me about some raffle I'd be entered into if I gave him/them 5 stars. I'm noticing many companies are starting to do this now so these 5 stars are coming directly from me with no incentives attached.
