I have a bunch of rentals and if I have questions they have answers and if they didn't know an answer they don't shoot from the hip, they find out everything I needed and get right back to me! I started with Farmers because of a next door neighbor being with an agency located in the Heights. She later left for another job, and being the heights location was not as convenient as I wanted, I relocated to an agent on Grand (Connie) Tara came into the picture after a short time later when Connie retired. My experience with Tara, Kelly and Tara II has been exceptional! Their ability to exlplain coverages is very professional, easy to understand, and reponse to unanswered guestions are quick and informative. I hope to be with this agency for some time.

Doing great here until they, from out of town I think, called to inform me that insurance wood go up to 90$ something. Now it is 60$ something. that is a 50% jump. I am cancelling out and going with USAA. cheaper for the same stuff.
