Donovan has proven time and time again that customer service is top priority in addition to being available regardless of emergency or non-emergency. He's the only insurance agent we have had that answers every question, every time, makes sure we know we are valued, explains policies thoroughly with no hidden mark ups and also reaches out to check on us, even if nothing has changed. His employees have been quick to respond, and knowledgeable in their field. They treat everyone with respect and uphold the same professional atmosphere that Donovan set the bar for. Could ask for a better crew to be handling our assets insurance.
