Ryan and his team were the absolute best. I have several policies with his team, and they have always been friendly, responsive and informative. My car was stolen years ago and submitting the claim, getting a rental car, and the whole process was easy and painless. That is probably unusual for a stolen vehicle! I decided to choose State Farm as my insurance carrier after working with Enterprise Rent-A-Car out of college and gaining firsthand knowledge of how the different insurance companies responded when accidents occurred. Of all the insurance companies, State Farm, while not the most inexpensive, had by far the best coverage and customer service on the market. I found that people that had been involved in accidents ended up paying far less with State Farm than they would have with many of the other “less expensive,” options simply because they had backing from an excellent institution with great coverage. I transitioned to State Farm agent Ryan Nash from my previous State Farm agent as Ryan provided the best customer service and an unparallel attention to detail. When I have a question or need assistance, Ryan or one of his excellent employees is always available to walk me through the different options. One of Ryan’s best qualities in my experience, is that he always acts as a consultant and provides me with best solutions when an issue or question arises as opposed to always trying to up sell me on additional insurance coverage. In my time with Ryan, my family has been involved in a couple of car accidents and had a sewage leak in the basement of our home. Ryan was always the first call and immediately provided me the exact information I needed to have my claims started and projects handled quickly and efficiently through completion. For over two decades, I've had the privilege of relying on Ryan (and, before Ryan, Tom) Nash's State Farm agency in Baltimore: auto insurance, homeowner's, and umbrella liability. Anne Rossbach, in particular, is a star: incredibly knowledgeable, always helpful, and never one to rush a client. Today, for example, she took the time to explain to me in detail what I should expect as my wife and I plan to move out of state for retirement--how to handle auto (re)registration and insurance, suggestions of State Farm agents in our new home city, and how and when we will need to change our umbrella liability policy. Likewise, on the few occasions when we've been involved in an auto accident over the years, Anne and her colleagues were always available to explain what we needed to do and how to ensure that our interests were best represented. In short, an A+ performance and A+ experience.
