Mike is SO helpful! I submitted an inquiry online and he responded very quickly. Got him on the phone a couple days later to transfer our current policy over and he walked me through every step of the way and explained everything in detail. Mike definitely works hard to make sure you get the best value and protection out of your insurance. I'd highly recommend stopping by and talking to Mike even if it's just to get a quote. He's extremely knowledgable and has many great tips!

I tried to contact Mike ( after hours)but spoke with another rep. She wasn't able to help so i decided to stay with my current ins co. Mike called the next day to follow up and we went over my info. He was able to save me money, give me more coverage, and addressed all my concerns/questions. Mike explained so much (even about my current coverage)that no other agent ever took the time to review with me and I literally learned so much. Mike was so helpful, intelligent, and extremely thorough. I would now recommend State Farm, but HIGHLY RECOMMEND requesting agent Mike Doyle. He is the best agent I have ever encountered and definitely gives his clients 110%! He is there for his clients and I will recommend him to anyone needing insurance in the future!!!

Amazing customer service! We recently moved from Hawai'i to Maryland so learning the difference of auto coverages was very confusing at first. With Mike's help, he explained the how's and why's of the state required auto coverages needed to get our vehicle insured.
