We were customers of Mason and Carter for years, but then deployed overseas for 6 years. Recently before returning I contacted Read Carter, and he talked to me as if I had never left. He streamlined everything, and within no time we had affordable auto and home insurance completely set up. Not only is it a 5 star business transaction review, but the personal communication given by the company is hard to come by these days. I highly recommend to anyone searching for an new insurance broker.

I worked with Chris Tull, and he was very helpful with navigating homeowner's insurance for me. I've never worked with insurance broker's before, but my realtor recommended it to ensure I had good coverage for my first home, and I'm grateful she did. He broke down all the details of the coverage so I really understood what I was paying for, and what options are out there.

As a new business owner, I was overwhelmed with the things to do; registrations to obtain, insurance to purchase, and other tasks to complete. When I learned our business needed Workers Comp Insurance, I didn't know where to go. One of our business associates recommended Mason & Carter Inc., and we got in contact via phone around 2 pm. By 6:30 pm of that day, we had the insurance we were looking for. In addition, we got the advice needed to purchase another necessary policy to protect our business interests and assets. If you are in need of insurance or have questions about how to protect your business, please call Mason & Carter Inc, and if you can, make sure to ask for Phillip Vong. I thought that because we were a new business with a very limited budget, we weren't going to get personalized attention. I was wrong. The service was excellent and I would strongly recommend them!

Phillip Vong at Mason & Carter has gone above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. Our company has been working with them since 2003.
