I’ve been with StateFarm for several years and today’s experience has by far been the best since I’ve had since I’ve had car insurance since I’ve been driving. Marilynn, who works with Jared Mula is the best!!! Long story short, I had to take a claim out on my vehicle for body repairs. After being informed that my car’s service was completed upon pick up I immediately noticed the service engine light was on as well as other lights on the display for which weren’t there prior to my vehicle being dropped off plus the car was driving very differently. After calling Marilynn with my concerns, she immediately was an advocate for me in dealing with costs for the new repairs in addition to the costs for the rental which I would have had to pay out of pocket for. Can’t thank you enough Marilynn for your outstanding customer service and truly making a difference in this whole process, you’ve been a valuable key person to Jared as well as StateFarm.
