My husband and I have had Geico for about 2 or 3 years. I love our insurance company. We started off with liability, and later changed over to full coverage. We’ve recently had 2 incidents with the car tires none of our fault and our representatives reviewed all options with us to figure out what would be best for us. I absolutely love this company and particularly the office on Cascade Rd. I'm a new customer and the office manager there; Lacy, took care of everything quickly and hassle free. But what excited me even more is the fact that she reached out to me and offered me the right quote that suits my need. It took me a week to decide whether I wanted to join the GEICO family but after thinking about how Lacy was such a warm an inviting person, I said why not. Definitely the type of person/company I like to do business with. Until they prove otherwise, kudos to GEICO for such low rates and Lacy over at Cascade location for the exceptional customer service. Switched to GEICO in October of 2014. The rates are fair and I feel so secure with my insurance. The representatives of the office greeted me warmly and were very good at explaining my insursnce policies to me. Its good to know that you'll be taken care of if ever involved in an accident. Very slow with inspections and adjusters right now. Not sure if it's covid related or if they just are a low staff. I do know it's been about 2 weeks since I asked for an adjuster and my car hasn't been inspected yet. Thankfully I have a rental so it's not an issue.
