Today, I received an email from Erie Insurance requesting I evaluate my experience with their products. It struck me that ALL of my experience with their products and any insurance products for that matter, are directly related to the people with whom I interact. The people with whom I interact here in Western North Carolina and Lauren and Dan of this agency. Their professionalism, personal accessibility, industry knowledge and commitment to service are exceptional - beyond any I have received from insurance agents in my many decades on this earth. If I have a question, they will do their best to answer it then. If they need time to research the answer, they do so and keep their commitments to get back to me. I have NEVER felt any pressure to buy, upgrade or otherwise change a policy that I am satisfied with. It is clear they put service before sales and as a result, they earn trust, retain customers and their business grows. They have earned my highest recommendation.

WNC Insurance is at the top of my favorite service providers. I had been with the same insurance company for 32 years and when needed, they provided horrible customer service. In less than 3 hours of my initial contact with them, I had quotes emailed to me!!!! Then immediately followed up with a phone call to make sure I received it and if I had any questions.......Of course, I switched all my insurance to them. I highly recommend them for all your insurance needs.

Prior to WNC, I would insurance shop with different places annually and usually would run into issues that would need to be resolved during my coverage period. WNC has eliminated the need for me to do that. Everything has always been seamless. Dick was the first person we went to when we moved here long ago. Lightning struck our new home within 3 months of completion. Dick made sure we had an adjuster out the next morning, found us a very nice apartment to stay in while repairs were made. Cant say enough about the service over the years Dick and his firm have given us. Great guy , great family just an all around great experience knowing if something goes wrong with either home or auto, I know help is a phone call away!
