Katie is an exceptional State Farm agent and I’ll never use anyone else after the amazing service she provided us today. We bought a new home and the quotes we received from other agents/companies were substantially higher than Katie’s, for inferior coverage. She was so helpful and knowledgeable that we also insured our two autos with her. Again, she gave us better coverage for much less money. Katie’s caring personality and expertise have ensured that we’ll recommend her to everyone we know.

The people working at this agency have been outstanding. Just moving to Asheville NC area this summer, they made it easy to set up new home insurance policy for the pending mortgage. Later they made it very easy to switch our auto insurance on our cars. They also gave us advice regarding get our NC drivers licenses and also getting NC vehicle license plates. They advice helped us to find a drivers license agency in a nearby community that did not have he backup existing in Asheville. So we got new drivers licenses (temporary) in Aug instead of waiting to November. I've been with State Farm for a long time, close to 40 years, in Maryland, Florida, and now in North Carolina. Have not had any problems with home or auto insurance.

I've been a satisfied customer of (Diane Bauknight) State Farm for many years – in the pass I’ve always received excellent service and attention from Evelyn and Sheila but this time I had the pleasure of working with Brandon – he was great working with me to understand the new policy that it meet my needs – there’s a couple of negative takes, too – when I came to the office I had to talk to a agent thru a window out in the lobby b/c there was a “immune deficiency” person working – I understand the need to protect staff but I think that should be explained better either on the webpage or in the office with signs b/c taking about my “personal” insurance in the lobby through a window is not personable – next with my wreck (I hit a deer) the claims process (and representatives) were not professional – not referring to the office staff at Diane Bauknight which they were great helping me but I think the claims process needs to be revamps extensively b/c if I as the customer did not manage my claim myself I still would be waiting for a final result (it took a month from wreck to total loss but could have been longer) – so in closing (Diane Bauknight) State Farm please continue to do what you guys are doing – thanks!!!!
