I was encouraged to bundle to get a price break, I did and than got billed through a separate company after having paid the agent directly. I would have appreciated transparency from the agent. However, the front desk attendant was helpful and was asked to install the drive right app, helpful and nice but the whole online app ball n chain are not preferable. I do pay a very high rate due to being without insurance for several years prior, and I didn't find my voice to refuse the app or bundle IIt pays to be informed.

I love this Geico office. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful to me. If ever I call an agent they usually answer and if not, they call me back the same day. As the commercials say, I did end up saving money when I switched from my old insurance, Farmers. I hate that you have to give everybody your phone number does it make sense cuz everybody besides Geico is calling you and it doesn't make sense but overall I give him three stars because when they did call back they gave me my right away so yeah

I received excellent service while I was here. I came in looking for an insurance quote as I'm bringing my teenage daughter onto my insurance but my current insurance was charging me an exhorbitant price. When asking several different insurance companies what rate they could offer me, I was most impressed by Geico's quote. It was reasonable and affordable and I was truly blown away the agent who helped. The agent's name was Rico. Who took the time to answer all of my questions and walk me through my options and the costs. When he wasn't able to answer a question of mine, he asked another agent, Karina, who filled in the blanks for me. Overall the service here was outstanding and I highly recommend this branch.

All I can say is, I am so glad I stopped in. I know everybody has seen the commercials about Geico. You might think they're funny or cheesy but one thing for sure is, they're catchy. So I wanted to stop in to see what it was all about. From the moment I walked, in I felt valued as a customer. I was greeted in a friendly and professional manner by Sam, who took me under his wing and explained everything with detail. I joked with him that he better save me money but honestly that was no joke at all, he crunched up some numbers and showed me that Geico really can beat my current insurance. By a long shot! I had Geico Motorcycle Insurance on a motorcycle I was trying to sell. I had the policy for under a month when someone hit my motorcycle while I was at work. The driver left the scene without a note of any kind. I thought: "Jerks! Now I can't even sell this bike." But then I remembered that I had uninsured motorist insurance with my policy. I took tons of pictures, and drove the bike home the best I could. Within about a week of making a claim, Geico wrote me a check for the total value of the bike in exchange for the title. The value happened to be more than what I was trying to sell it for on Craigslist. Geico made the process quick and easy by arranging a pick-up at my home residence. My only complaint was that the insurance investigator was a real pain in the rear and treated me like I was the criminal. But I guess that's their job. I also have Auto and Renters Insurance through Geico and they have taken care of me through those avenues as well. I couldn't be more happier with an insurance company. People are inconsiderate. But at least I have Geico to protect the things I care about most.
