The people working there are nice and the ice cream may look small but is surprisingly filling. The milkshakes are beyond good. I wish I got his name but there's a guy there who is surprisingly professional about how things are made. Everytime I go there and he's working there the dessert seems to have a quality to it vs when one of the ladies doing it. I don't know maybe it's like workers pride but I can instantly tell when he makes it and it makes the difference in experience.

Wow, Italian ice is definitely to die for any flavor. The staff is friendly and polite and they help you decide. My wife loved the mango-flavored one I had the lemon one. Definitely will be returning.

I was actually walking my dogs and Ms Kelly asked did my fur babies want some icecream and i said "awe are you sure"? And she gave each one a taste in a lid. I thought it was so nice of her and we talked as the pups ate. Tthanks again kindness is so hard to find these days.

The employee Kim, was very kind, fun to talk with. I usually only buy 2 flavors, but I kindly asked Kim if I could sample a few flavors. She was very happy to accommodate my request. When I am in that area again on Maryland Avenue, I will most definitely stop by and buy me a Rita's water ice.

Marginal, for a Rita's. Ice was great, hit the spot, but the service was lacking. We were there well past opening time (though on the early side), and it was a hot day. There was only one person working inside, but at first glance, you wouldn't be able to tell. The windows were all closed and the guy opened the window only when asked. He also closed the window between taking the order and order fulfillment. I would go to another one if you're looking for a good experience, but the ice is spot on.
