The servicers were quick and nice. The setting area is terrible. Most people don't want to eat higher priced ice cream in the car. There are only 2 chairs per table. Which some end up with no chairs. Expect having to leave the store to enjoy your ice cream.

Good place to take the kids on a hot summer day. Mix-ins were fresh and the ice cream was delicious. The singing staff was a cute touch, but maybe singing more that about getting a tip would be better. I took my son and we both planned on getting ice cream, but he went first and got large scoop. It was huge, enough for both of us. We will be back!

They have some great signature ice cream selections. Love the new strawberry shortcake in a cone. Chocolate decoration is another personal favorite of mine. They have a bunch of exquisite ice cream flavors like cotton candy, pink lemonade or sweet cream.

Small but tastes great. Amazing service very bright and cheerful. 10/10 and you get to see them make it right in front of you. I personally didnt like the cone but it's a matter of taste. I tried the Mint mint chocolate chocolate chip yes two times it was good!!

The only real problem I have with Cold Stone is that they tend to understaffed during peak hours. By the time I had my five selections given to them the first couple were already starting to melt. Outside of that the food itself is pretty good quality so I always consistently go there if I get a chance while in town

I took my two oldest kiddos (3&5) here for ice cream tonight after an afternoon at the movies. The server was very friendly and gave the kids samples of a few flavors so they could pick what they wanted. She even added a handful of their "mix-ins" on top of the shake so they could see through the lid that it had the goodies that they wanted inside. It was a nice visual touch that really pleased them.

Great place. Would have given 5 stars but a few times I’ve been the staff sometimes get in a hurry and don’t mix up the ice cream thoroughly. The staff turn over is pretty bad but the consistent workers are good. Amazing ice cream!!

It would get 5 stars besides the fact that the older man that works here is a complete piece of work. Super grouchy, very rude, and very pushy. Just because of that, I will avoid coming here. Sad :/

Every table in there was dirty. The floor was dirty. The kids working behind the counter were very nice. We got a waffle bowl and a waffle cone. By the time they filled them with 2 flavors of icecream, they were as big as our heads!. We had to leave before we were done because there was a fly in the store that kept flying in our faces trying to eat our icecream before we could. Not sure what to do about that. It needs to be a little cleaner!

I can't tell if the name is referring to the ice cream or to the lack of quickness of the service. Once I did get my ice cream, though, it was pretty good. High quality.

Was AMAZING. Got way more ice cream than I needed (ended up going for the "love it" size). I love that they let you taste it before you get it. And there are so many mix-ins. I had a hard time making up my mind.

Let me tell you sooo my girlfriend and I read the bad the reviews and decided we'd go here to get some ice cream anyways . This guy with glasses a buck 50 smiled at us . Best customer service at ice cream place EVER . Let us try everything and took us his time with us . He looks like a Matt, but I'm not sure what his name was , but he was closing the store . Definitely going back next week .

The two people working we're rediculous. There were 18 people in line and the boy was doing the nightly closing cleaning stuff instead of getting the customers served. Ohh and this was at 8:30 when they close at 11. Don't mop the freaking lobby when there are 18 people waiting for service.

Enjoyed the ice cream. A little underimpressed by the variety of flavors, though the blue marshmallow cream was a surprisingly good one. Was glad to get a kid size for myself.

Big disappointment. Cold Stones are usually pretty consistent and have great ice cream and great ice cream cakes. But-- I was pretty disappointed with a cake I recently got. I called ahead and asked about the cakes, there was a cookie dough one already made that she said she would set aside for me. Then I gave her the writing that I wanted on the cake. She said it would be ready for pick-up and time the next day after noon. So I arrive at 12:30, and tell the girl at the counter (I'm assuming not the one I spoke with on the phone) and told her I had ordered a cake. Blank stare. After a pause, she starts to apologize and says the person who writes on the cakes won't be in until tomorrow, so I can come back then... kthanksbye! Then this: Me-- well, I still need the cake today. Her-- but... she won't be here until tomorrow. (long pause) Me-- then I guess I'll take it blank. Her-- (as if it had never occurred to her) Oh. Ok. Me-- So, do I get any discount for the writing not being done how I ordered/ by the time I was told it would be...? Her-- No. So that's the story of how I wasted my time calling ahead to order a cake, and wound up paying $47 for a blank cake. Thanks, Coldstone. Crappy customer service at this store.

What can you say? Good ice cream, interesting mix-ins. The only bad thing is that the flow of the line isn't great. One can wait a long time for their sugar high.
