Good ice cream for a hot day. The small with two scoops is not very small at all...Almost the size of my daughter's head! Large portions, so good price. The pistachio almond was wonderful. Mint chocolate chip was above average. Peanut butter Oreo was good. Kids enjoyed chocolate ice cream and ice cream sundae with brownie bites. There are nice picnic tables to sit at but, No restroom. Bring hand wipes for sticky kid fingers!

After a long hot day in the sun we wanted a sweet treat and this place came to mind. They had drive and drive through options but we had 5 people and decided to order at the window. A few of the staff seemed like they were still training but over all experience was fast and efficient service. The ice cream has multiple options from cones, shakes, and blasts etc. Nothing mind blowing but it was good and we really enjoyed what they have me to offer. Group favorites include their mix-in’s with Reese’s bites and smashed brownies. Cheers!!!

Came here for milkshakes, we were told after we paid that there was a large order in front of us. So we ended up waiting 10 minutes for our two milkshakes. The worker was alone, but very apologetic and friendly. $18 for both milkshakes, but they were both very good!

I went in with my family and loved it. The new york style cheese cake was insane. amazing service and amazing flavors. my mom was in the car and we forgot to get her a waffle cone the workers were very kind and even exchanged it for FREE. although I don't live in the area or anywhere near the sweet little shop its definitely the three hour drive for this quality ice cream and service

My daughter wanted to try their ice cream. She wasn't to happy about it. The ice cream was okay. She had the banana split which is one of there big idea they sale. She was very pleased with it. She just keep saying it was okay. My our daughter had tired the cotton candy explosion. She didn't like it at all. She just keep saying it was tasting like eggnog. That wasn't what she wanted. The cotton candy ice had a bad after taste as well. Will try again next time. But I definitely recommend the banana split. A must try for sure.

Great ice cream, with huge portions for the same amount of money anywhere else. I would go back anytime. Make sure to get the cups with the lids on it and then the waffle cone on the side so that you don't feel like you're rushed in eating it before the ice cream melts. The ice cream is well worth it great taste

Great ice cream. Very pricey. My son really enjoyed getting the dino Sunday. They give you one scoop of ice cream with a topping and a cookie. The Cotton candy explosion was amazing. I have not tasted anything like it before. I only wish I could afford or eat more ice cream too much sugar. But very tasty. I would recommend this ice cream destination to my family and friends. Me and my son will be back again. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I can't wait to try some other amazing flavors.

First time at this establishment, the ice cream was fantastic. Only issues i would mention is the cone getting too soggy toward the end of consumption. I would personaly recommend you add chocolate to the bottom pit of the cones similar to the drumsticks sold at the store so not only does it prevent staleness from the end of the treat but, additionally prevents the bottom of the cone from becoming soggy and drippin. I appreciate your attention, but again awesome ice cream and awesome place!!!!

Been coming here for years. I just love their EVERYTHING especially the Butter Pecan but today I got 2 wimpy scoops and my waffle bowl was see thru!! Great ice cream!! The servings are ridiculous!! (In a good way) Just to help you out...a small cone is 2 scoops a regular has 3 scoops and a large has 4 scoops!! We got the regular not knowing and are now in a happy ice cream coma. Just a bit pricey. 2 regular cones were over $11.

Needs an upgrade in appearance looks very old and poorly maintained. Staff is friendly and ice cream is good. Had a good location on Virginia Beach Blvd town center area, but could be more presentable in it's appearance and curve appeal. Good servings too. Overall, good I've cream and serving, if you can get over the appearance it's good for just that.

Ice cream is good but really no customer service skills. The place was practically empty and I still waited a while just to get a kids ice cream and a cone. An elderly lady with her granddaughter the only other people there sitting at a table said she was also upset with the service. I'll stick with one on Indian river they are friendly and fast.

No matter what location you go to Bruster's is an amazing ice cream experience. You can taste anything you want as a sample and you are going to want to try several flavors and they are all out-of-the-box crazy amazing delicious. This is a go out of your way experience that should not be missed

I have been there only a couple of times over the last 10 years. The ice cream is delicious but the cost is prohibitive to do this on any regular basis. I asked for the smallest cup of vanilla which cost $4.51 so I am not likely to return for another year or so.

Drive thru and walk up busy. People trying to drive out at the entrance making it a traffic hazard . Not enough space to drive around the building with other vehicles in the drive thru. Ice cream was great! Drivers are rude!

Oily ice cream. They add stuff other than just cream, milk, sugar, and eggs. It's expensive as well. The novelty of homemade ice cream falls short. The product doesn't deliver. Staff is friendly though and they're open late for night time munchies.
